The Ashbrook Consultancy team have substantial, diverse knowledge within the building industry. Over many decades this understanding and expertise has been gained from “on the tools’, Quantity Surveying, Project Management and Construction Management. Fully understanding a project, identifying risk and potential issues early prioritises tasks, governs schedules, leading to a smooth progression. This helps establish businesses and cements an excellent reputation.
Our staff have an impressive record history of practice, from residential, commercial and industrial contracts. Each contract has its own multi-faceted project roles and principles, such as, rebuilds and damage reports post-earthquakes, government contracts, multi-million dollar hotels and other multi-storey commercial builds. These jobs have been carried out throughout the nation and will continue to be provided nationwide.
Each new contract has been and will continue to be treated as unique. No two projects are alike. It’s not “one size fits all”. Each contract will be individually tailored to suit the client’s needs, the location and climate, the budget and time frame as directed by those who employ our services.
